AD Challenge: #24200 Stinger Bodysuit by Sew by Pattern Pieces

Hello, I am Lauren from Sew by Pattern Pieces and I am very excited to be joining Swhetty Betties Aspiring Designers Challenge for the first time.  This time around I will be releasing the #24200 Stinger Bodysuit which is my third PDF Pattern release since becoming a PDF pattern designer.

The Stinger Bodysuit makes the perfect garment for sun protection whilst outdoors. It will also keep your little swimmer warmer in the water longer. It is a comfortable rashie style bodysuit with a front zipper, skirt option and three lengths of sleeves, short, 3/4 or long sleeve.

We thought we would have a little fun with this outfit and give it a retro edge for hanging out at Dreamworld for the day.  It took us from the waterpark, to the café, on some rides and back to the water park again, never once needing to change.  This really can be a complete outfit for a day out where there is water such as, waterparks, swimming in the pool or a day out at the lake or beach.  We felt it needed a retro looking cap at the last minute and grabbed the Bathing Beauty Swim Cap by Peekaboo Designs it went together really nicely and just completed the look we were after.

The pattern is available in sizes 1-14.  The PDF pattern is available for download on tiled pattern pieces that can be printed and taped together using US 8.5" x 11" and/or A4 paper.  All sizes are color coded and layered so you can choose to print just the size you require, for easy cutting and to save some ink.  If your interested in getting your own copy head on over to my two shops either Etsy or Craftsy and purchase your own today.
These are just a few of the photos we were able to capture during the testing process.  So this will give you an idea of the different looks you can achieve from this one pattern.

...but wait there is more!  Sew by Pattern Pieces is also releasing a PDF printable pattern for the Jellyfish Swim Cap and the best part about it is that it FREE.  If you join the SBPPsewingcircle OR or visit Craftsy you can grab your own copy today and make the coolest swimming caps your kids will love to wear.

I hope that you like the new styles.  Happy Sewing!
